Lemon Meringue Cupcakes

Its been so long since I last posted  I have forgetten  how to blog.  I am learning all over again.  I am trying to build a passion for baking  so that I can photograph the food.  I enjoy the finished product and I also enjoy consuming the finished product.

I found a blog today that I think I am going to enjoy following.  The name of the blog is Rattlebridge Farm. The blog author is Michael Lee West. Michael has a Friday linky party called Foodie Friday.  I thought I would link up with her today.  It's nice to find a new blog and Facebook page to admire.

I spend most of my time at my Facebook Page  Craft Until Your Art;s Content and have recently started a photography Facebook page for my amateur photography and everthing else to do with photography and I have called it Click Until Your Art's Content.-Photography.

You can find the recipe that I used for the Lemon Meringue cupcakes  here

You can find the link to Michael's Foodie Friday Link Here

Have a good weekend,

Kelly

  2. Thanks, Mari.
They were very tasty and unfortunately don't last too long before the family finish consuming them.

    Have a good weekend.

    1. Thanks Sarah, There is lots of lemon curd left over. I was able to make another two batches of cupcakes today and still had some lemon curd leftover. Thanks for leaving a comment.
